I ask to speak to his supervisor Sandy and she proceeded to tell me there was nothing they could do after charging me over $600 for a package I didn’t want and requested it be removed. When I discussed it with the representative he repeatedly over talked me and wouldn’t listen. I called in February to cancel the red zone package and they didn’t do that. Secondly the customer service manger Sandy and the service representative are dishonest people. First my sales person lied to me when I signed my business up with them and I never received my rebate. They never take ownership of their issues and treat customers poorly.
